1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be issued only if:
You find the purchased course content unhelpful in Your MRCPsych Exam.
There is a verified technical issue preventing access to the course (that cannot be resolved within 3 business days).
The course purchased is completely different from the description provided.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- If course was purchased at discounted price.
If we Detected any Fraudulent Activity.
- If the user decides not to continue after purchasing a subscription.
- Loss of login credentials, sharing account details, or unauthorized access caused by the user.
- If the user’s account is Suspended or Terminated due to cheating, sharing or misuse of our services.
You purchased by mistake but accessed the content and donot contacted us in 7-14 days.
3. Refund Process

- Our Team will verify your course usage and your details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
